By accessing and using VoltageMend's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VoltageMend provides lead generation services through advanced AI-powered prospect identification and multi-platform social network advertising. Our services include:

• Intelligent lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-platform social media advertising management
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• CRM integration and lead delivery

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Payment terms include:

• Pricing is based on the selected plan: Starter ($40), Professional ($50), or Enterprise ($60) per qualified lead
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established during your campaign setup. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a credit to your account.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by VoltageMend, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoltageMend, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
